Earlier this week it snowed and then today I arrived home to 2 very large packages, Peak Pilates Chairs. Indeed it did seem like Christmas in April. I ordered the chairs last week and was told it would take 6-8 weeks so today was a pleasant surprise. The chairs have many exercise options for strengthening body parts and even have some opportunities to improve balance and coordination. The chair designs have come along way since Joseph Pilates original Wunda Chair version in 1945 but the basic concept remains the same. I am so excited to begin to use them with clients and even use them myself.
